Nature of our services
Verdi Bookkeeping Services Ltd provides bookkeeping services, including day-to-day bookkeeping, cashbooks and ledgers, wages and PAYE, VAT Returns and the preparation of accounts to trial balance. We are a bookkeeping firm, not a firm of chartered accountants or tax advisers. We do not sign off statutory accounts, give regulated investment advice or represent clients at tribunals.
We work alongside our clients' accountants: we prepare the records and schedules, and the accountant finalises the accounts and submits them to HMRC and Companies House. As a provider of bookkeeping services we are subject to the Money Laundering Regulations 2017; details of our anti-money laundering supervision are available on request.
